Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of application
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed from Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein with the online store; www.houseart.ch owned by Swiss Sorelle Trade Sàrl, Boulevard des trancheès 4, 1205 Geneva, Admin@houseart.ch, hereinafter referred to as the seller.
2. Offer and conclusion of contract
2.1 The presentation of the products in www.houseart.ch does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to order.
2.2 By clicking on the [order] button the customer transmits a binding order for the products listed on the order page.
2.3 Directly after receipt of the order, the order is confirmed by e-mail. The sales contract only comes into force if the seller confirms the dispatch of the goods by e-mail (order confirmation or dispatch confirmation) or by delivery of the goods at the latest.
2.4 In case of advance payment, the purchase contract shall come into force with the confirmation of the receipt of payment by the seller.
3. Right of revocation
3.1 The consumer is entitled to revoke the contract by returning the ordered products to the sender within 14 days after receipt of the goods. No justification for the return of the order is necessary.

3.2 The use of the right of return by the customer leads to a liquidation relationship, according to which the services received within the framework of the sales contract are to be returned by and each of the parties. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
3.3 The purchase price shall be refunded to the customer immediately upon receipt of the goods.
3.4 Swiss Sorelle Trade Sàrl reserves the right to deduct from the purchase price to be reimbursed or to charge compensation for any damage, misuse or, in case of agreement, the costs of shipping the goods. No deduction shall be made from the purchase price to be reimbursed if the loss of value was caused by handling necessary to establish the type, condition and function of the goods. Swiss Sorelle Trade Sàrl may refuse the refund until it receives the returned goods or until the customer has provided proof of the return, whichever is earlier.
3.5 The right of return is excluded for the following products: Items on sale.
4. Liability
Swiss Sorelle Trade Sàrl excludes any liability for breaches of contract due to slight negligence. Violations committed by auxiliaries and sub-agents are also excluded from the liability of the seller.
5. Protection of personal data
Swiss Sorelle Trade Sàrl undertakes to process and use the customer's personal data in accordance with the applicable laws. You can obtain further information on this subject by reading our "Data Protection" roadmap.
6. Final Provisions
Should any legal provision of these terms and conditions be in conflict with the applicable laws, the validity of the contract and the rest of its provisions shall not be affected. Instead of the conflicting provision, the following provisions shall apply
